Refund & Return Policy

At Eluvie Fashion, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return guidelines below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • The product seal is intact (for skincare, cosmetics, or beauty items)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used beauty or skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used cosmetics or personal care items
  • Items purchased during clearance or special promotions
  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your Order Number, product photos, and reason for return.
  3. Our support team will review and guide you through the return process.

Please do not send products back without approval.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit
  • Cash on Delivery orders may be refunded via mobile banking (bKash/Nagad)

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.

5. Exchange Policy

If you received the wrong or damaged product, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
